we are considering buying a 2010 ibiza bocanegra with 70k on the clock. I've read theres been major issues with this engine which has put doubt whether to consider it or not. I assume there wasnt any recall by seat to sort out these problems?

Any one here with a similar year car thats still on the original engine?

Hi mate , I myself have a 2010 bocanegra , had it for 4 years , currently got 45,000 on the clock doesn't use any oil like most but it's be worth checking ! , they also have a common fault with the timing chain tensioners going wrong , which is the only problem I've had with mine !
If you find one with good service history that hasn't been abused I reckon you'll be fine :)
