Hi, my trusty and much loved 2016 Leon FR 2.0 tdi was written off in an accident (my car was hit by two other vehicles that collided together) so I decided to buy a 2023 version of the same car, however I’m struggling to adjust to the newer car which I’ve only had for a few days. I bought it from a SEAT dealer and it’s already got an issue with the external mirrors not adjusting and this is being sorted with the dealer (I hope!).

The lack of physical buttons and knobs to adjust the temperature and radio etc cannot add to road safety can it? Also, I turned off the start/stop, Lane assist and choose driver mode/profile for my first journey only to find that next time I started the car all these settings had reverted back! Is there any way my preferred settings can be saved once and for all?

Also, what is the ‘max privacy’ setting option all about and what would other forum users suggest or recommend?

I’ve stored my favourite Radio Stations on the infotainment but how can I get my right hand ‘Speedo’ binnacle to show just my ‘favourite’ radio stations rather than the whole list of radio stations as it currently does?

How do other people access their favourite stations once on the move?

I’ve downloaded the 406 page manual and I’m trying to make head and tail of the relevant sections but I’d be grateful for any advice or thoughts from owners who migrated from the analogue MK3 to the MK4.

I rarely post here but read often, I’m based near Norwich and would appreciate any help or advice to help adjust to this 2023 model.
Many thanks!
