280mm MOMO Steering wheel

Hi could you kindly give me some info on how to disable the airbag using vagcom so that the light does not appear on the dashboard.

I fit an OMP steering wheel today and dispite connecting the fuse cable to the airbag sensor, that comes with kit, the light for the air bag is still on. Need to get the MOT done so kind off screwed with this problem..

Phil, Once again thanks for the info, connected vagcom and ran through your instructions and wala the airbag light turned off.

Only flashes a couple of times when I turn on the car and then everything is normal.
