440cc injectors

Sorry if this has been discused before or is a no brainer but im not too sure
but is there any point in uprating the injectors on an LCR unless your going for a big turbo upgrade?

As far as i was led to believe there is no point mate, there only needed if your going BT!
No doubt, DPJ or RobDon will let you know the true answer!

yeah thats pretty much what i was thinking
just trying to see exactly how much i can get out with out bt

The fuelling is controlled by the ECU map. Sure, you could get it mapped to suit larger injectors, but that would be wasted money with your turbo getting asthmatic to cope with it.

Without mapping, it would just run very rich.

Even just running an uprated 4-bar FPR on a remapped LCR (Phase 1 remap) leads to overfuelling, poor running and cronic economy..............Yes I did try it

........and at that time that advice came from a Revo Tuner / dealer who told me i'd get 'a few more BHP (hinted up to 10bhp)' I believed them........

Subsequently, I Spoke to Revo who had concerns over the Tuner and their practices......... but before they could do anything the tuner went Bust
