Yeee i agree with comments in previous page, get a new on ASAP. Bit of a pain in the posterior but hey ho these things happen. Wheel is a £30 fix + tyre @£70 odd, £100 to fix, could be worse.

But i feel for you i'd be so annoyed!!

Ok, just ordered a new tyre. £90 .

Im waiting on an email from J.P Polishing to see what it would cost to get the repair on the wheel done.

If all goes well, and he is open during the holiday period, then I should have them back on by new years. For the time being though Ive switched back to my old alloys.

At least that gives me a chance to freshen up the centre caps with some more paint!

Hopefully my plans after the new year will still go ahead!

I looked at a centre exhaust, but it didn't look all that well. Ive opted to get them powder coated and have them either side as far apart from each other with out looking odd.

I think having them further apart makes the car look wider.

Any suggestions for the coating?

I was going to get black. Not sure on gloss, satin or matt though.

I did think about red to as the rear lights and reflectors are red. But I don't want it too look crap!

Gloss black Matt black looks like paint thats been flattened back and ready for some lacquer!

I thought I'd clean my car today. This is the result of a good thorough wash, dry, wax and trim restorer.

I was going to attempt to remove the rear door card again but I ran out of light!

As Loz said, nicest black one i've seen. I take back when I said I wasn't a fan of the wheels, they look awesome.

Definately don't think you need spacers either, if you did only 5mm would do I reckon. The smoked lights you can get would look even better on it.
