Silly man, but i'm in the same boat, house next year, my own garage and driveway to wash the car on! lol
Have to say mate, although I love my cupra tdi to bits, its just not as satisfying to drive as a petrol turbo! Anyways I need my own place n need the cash so a mk3 cupra is the logical way to go!
