60 mm gauges - Will it fit in the air vent?

question for you guys with any gauges installed in an air vent

do you guys notice alot of loss for about the climate control ?

i can think of in the summer when it is hot it might not get cold enough ?

No link as nothing listed at the mo, i think he makes two, sells them then makes another two then lists them, you just need to check every now or then.
