my car is about to reach 60000 is there anything i need to do, its just had new spark plugs and oil change and new pads n discs anything else ?

Yeah, worth doing the cambelt if it hasn't been done already.

And also the tensioner whilst you are there. Might as well have a look at the dizzy cap and rotor too and inspect the leads.

gearbox fluid and brake fluid

they usually get overlooked by most DIY

chnaged my drive belt today its screaming at me tho, needs to be tighted

Replace it. Unless it is fully synthetic (which is unlikely) it absorbs water over time, hence the brakes slowly loose their feel and become spongy. The water in the system compresses under the pressure (unlike the brake fluid).
