I live in South Devon
Hi everybody, have an e.bay special DV fitted on my LC 180 AUQ, which I think is leaking, VCDS is saying boost leak check DV, I would like to return to standard, I have been casting around, and on an Audi forum, found a thread re fitting Bosch 710N or better 710P and running it in reverse direction.

The questions are, A do I need a 710P it has stage I remap standard otherwise, are 710N or P correct for this engine anyway, and is it in order to run it reversed, and finally, what is cheapest place to buy Bosc DV, or Kayser the Audi thread seems to suggest they bought the rights from Bosch, or bought Bosch ?

Cheers Chris

But I don't want to fit a forge, everything I read seems to say the standard DV is fine up to 300 hp, I just want to know which Bosch valve to go for, and particularly if fitting it in reverse, as I have read on another ( Audi ) forum, is a good or bad thing to do. I have no interest in having bling under my bonnet, just the most cost effective method of reliably making my car run well.

So the question remains 710N or any really advantage in 710P and fit reversed or not.

Cheers Chris

if your wanting the best standard valve you need to go for the newest revision im guessing those numbers you are quoting are the end of the part numbers for the standard dump valve?? i so the p is the newest revision as it is after n alphabetically think they cost ~£30 and mount it the standard way
