8v/16v the same?

Does anyone know if the 8v and 16v dials are the same i know they look exactly the same just need to know if they have the on board computer settings eg: mpg average speed etc.. just so i dont buy a set of 8v ones and they dont work in the 16v, also if the 8v has the on board computer does it work off the stalk? duno about the trip computer, but would have thought the 16v has a higher rev counter!

16v redlines at 7000rpm? same as the 8v i belive?

8v has max speed of 140mph shown 16v has 150mph

i think the rev counters both show 7k but the redline is lower on the 8v clocks

MFA options are the same on both models tho

8v revs to seven i think 16v goes to seven and a half
