What the... E in the plate is apparently for Eire? But Spain already uses it... Is that a real plate?
E Is not for Eire at all as im from Northern Ireland not the republic of ireland. The E in the plate is for Espana

only niggles i have are the splitter on the front bowes up and the badgless grill im not a fan of but still all in all wikid pics lovely motor and some decent work keep it up feller!

I have another splitter here that i may put on and keep straight along the bottom.
Coilovers and more enigne bits too come, hopefully similar to what youve done Rash.

Think you'll need abit more than those bits to make it a TRUE replica

How did you paint those door strips? I want to paint them too but i heard they will peel after some time because the texture of the door strips.. is it correct?

With door strips like that you would need to sand them down back to a smooth surface (obviously keyed for painting) that way they wont peel.

I just got a local bodyshop to paint them for me. saves me any hassle Think they use a 2 pack primer and then sand them for a smooth finish but maybe someone else on here can confirm this?

Nice to see your cupra has the steering wheel with the red band and the ball gear knob.
I've noticed that the 08 spec Cupra's hve a different steering wheel and looks pretty much like the one in the FR.
Why'd seat change it?
Anyone able to comment on it? I always thought the one like in yours had a nicer feel to it than the one in my 05 FR, so I wonder are the new one's even better or just odd like the new chunky gear knobs.

Don't be silly we all know Yellow cars are faster
with the new splitter dont cut the two brackets in the middle down cut two rectangles in the bumper and clip these brackets into the bumper looks so much better
keep a good line across hole bumper and the fins give the front an agressive look VV
