Today, did my roof
Applying the vinyl is harder than I thought it would be lol, a few small air bubbles which should settle out.
Mirrors will be going black tomorrow

it'd look better without the stripes on it though i were a little unsure of when you showed me the picture last night but the more i look at it the more you need to get rid of them
Stripes are here to stay
......yeah it will look good without but will look bland, loads of people have whatever car with black roof, the stripes are something that looks different, and IMO good Or you could carry a stripe over the roof, but in the red of your car
That idea has crossed my mind, might give it a go

fair enough, that's your opinion....I made this car mine by doing what I think looks good.
And there is no lexis lights. They're original mk2 lights.
Arun i've always like the car mate, ever since i first saw it at the derby meet. But i gotta say i think the roof and the stripes are too much. One or the other for me.
But its your car and as long as you like it thats really all that counts, plus your doing a great job of keeping a pre facelift ibiza on the road - aint many now.

Going to try mine with a black petrol flap to see what that looks like.
I dont think it looks to bad with the stripes tbh. Its your car though and you make it how you want to and are happy with it so thats what counts in the end.

Craig, my vinyl's not applied amazingly as it was the first time I did something that big, a few creases and small air bubbles all over it, but today I did my mates for him and its gone on perfectly....so I'll be doing mine again
