Adding body kit to mk3

I ordered my Leom FR last week, which should come with reversing sensors.

I had avoided the bodykit as a factory install to save cash with the intention of adding it later on down the line.

It's just occurred to me that adding the body kit may be problematic with the reverse sensor kit - are the two compatible?

Shouldn't cause any issues, they can just change them over on too your new bumper

Body kit is not factory fitted for UK sales as far as I am aware. It's a dealer option and they fit it. No issues with the sensors when they fitted mine.

That's all very reassuring.
Any idea if the dealers will move on price or will they only provide/fit at the full £2.5k? Seems a lot for what it is.

Hi, I've got an FR on order and should get it next monday, how much did it cost (incl fitting painting) Mike?
Im really interested in the body kit, think it makes the car look 100 times better.

I negotiated a discount of £500 on the kit as I was taking finance. £2k including paint and fitting, also the dealer (cars 2 Wakefield) threw in the front bumper black respray for free. Result.
