Ok great, understood :). So where the Y-piece of plastic hose is, what happens to all the hoses from there? I think one goes to the cam cover breather so obviously we chuck that but I think that T's somewhere else also and then there's the hose from the Y-piece that goes off round the back of the engine.

Thats what i did they were attached to same section anyway so binned that with y-piece and got around a metre of silicon hose and cut a few sections to fit the valves between

I had a one way valve near the pcv valve and one near the y piece at the brake vacuum hose

i had one before and one after the Y piece and fitted both to new hose, i cant see it making a difference like i could prob remove one of them

yeh yeh, i got a black one way valve there, and there was a white one at the pcv, what size hose did you use to remove the y piece and to connect the one way valve mate??? ive blocked both nipples under manifold, thats right aint it??

nah mate, a 53 plate LC, about an inch apart, there is like 1" of pipe/nipple that points down underside of manifold, so have blanked them both....

jamjay. the y section is removed then the t section is removed. all you have to do it blank off the brake servo hose and keep the one way valve fitted like this

??? Have i removed the wrong pipes??? the one on the left had an elbow in it,i cant remember what was in the right pipe but it all connected to the pcv piping system

ive just looked at etka, there IS 2 pipes connected to the system on my auq engine...

the hoses which connect with clips numbered 34....

Thats the only nipple on inlet manifold i have, as i have auq engine also, i blanked 34 off and removed the thing that hose goes into completely whole of 25 i think i hate them images theyre so confuising

yeh but you can defo see 2 pipes numbered 34 yeh??? that go into 25 yeh, i also removed pipe 36 too which goes to TIP and blanked tip there, as well as the hockey puck thing

I dont have any of that part 18, could i have the PCV system off the AUG engine as my engines been changed :S ive simplified it all like so im not fussed it all works and looks tonnes better and once my catch can is on and i can hook up the crankcase breather to it ill be properly happy and start tarting it all up, polishing painting etc
