Advice needed from those with 1900 conversion

I'm looking at having a 1.9 conversion done at the same time as going BT and wondered what the implications are as far as notifying the DVLA.

Its the same to look at.

Not likely they are going to open the engine and get a bore mic out.

Wont be changing class capacity to effect anything they would worry about.
