i can help!
mani yes its a good investment. the down pipes are ok. you have to drill the hole out that bolt to the turbo as they can be little snug but they do help flow alot better mate!

That sounds good Will get ordered & get my turbo sent off to cr turbo`s for hybrid treatment

ko4? or just a ko3s i think its a waste of money putting putting big inturnals in a little housing your dont get that much back!
a ko4 maybe a little more work but get way better power all round!

Get around 270bhp with hybrid & probs the same as k04 but then it would cost nearly the same for a second hand k04 by the time you get everything needed & then risk of it not lasting long
