Hi, I'm trying to install a Pioneer sph da120 in my 2012 ibiza but after connecting everything there is no power to the unit. I saw the unit working before I bought it so I think i've wired something wrong rather than that it's broken.
I'm using a wiring harness adapter (CT20VW02) so as I understand it should just be plug and play but maybe i'm just super naive! I grounded the green parking cable to the black cable on the pioneer cable to bypass the handbrake and then just plugged everything in and there's simply no power. I tested with the old radio and that still works fine but would rather have the new one.
Not sure if it's relevant but I did have a parrot unit installed (CM3100) which I unplugged as i don't use it. I removed all the cables that I could but I didn't manage to remove all of them, could that have affected it?
Any help on what could be the issue would be super appreciated!
