Hello!
I bought Leon FR 2005., and found out it has an AGU engine in it.
Wireing and ECU is from AUQ, so that wasnt changed.
Car has lot of upgrades, forge fmic, exhaust, downpipe, forge bov, forge tip..
It was mapped to 205 HP with k03, but now there is brand new k03s on it.
Part throttle boosting puts me in safe mode, no check engine light, but is start to boost again in a minute or two...
I noticed that half throttle boost is very aggressive and it overboosts so much that n75 cant reduce it fast enough, so it goes into soft safe mode...thats my theory at least.
Full throttle seems just fine, although it spikes at 1.5 bar, and map is asking for 1.4.
I want to try and unscrew actuator a little bit(1 or 2 threads) hoping boost wont be so aggressive...is that worth a try?
On vag com i get
17963 chsrge pressure
p1555-35-10- maximum limit excedded - intermittent

Ok..is it dangerous? Especially to lower the spring tension, it should spike less, right?
And i can always mark where it originaly was and just wound it back?
Even if i would tighten the actuator and make it spike like crazy, car would just go into limp mode anyways, right?
I agree that mapping is tha best way, especially cuz i think i might get almost 240 bhp, but i cant afford it this year so i am looking for a way to reduce k03s aggressive boosting.
I will put some vag com measurings later.

if you want to clip the overboost without mapping it, then consider an unos type mbc in parallel with the n75 to deal with the spike

I have that in mind, however, i am not sure if it will work on part throttle.
For WOT it will work perfect, but if on part throttle map asks for 0.8 bar of boost, and i spike at 1.2, then i would have to fix mbc to 0.8. But then i wouldnt get more than 0.8 on WOT, right?
Or i am wrong?
