I'll bear that in mind. I have a feeling my wage packets going already.
Here a couple of pics of the offending pipe anyway so you can have a look.
As you can see its only this section of pip and I can't see it can be anything else as the rest of the pipe work, the block and engine shield is dry apart from under this pipe.

Mr Claypole, I hope you ask them to empty the system, sometimes when compressors go wrong,( even new ones ) they can start to force compressor oil around the system.
Isnt there a repair kit for the front end of the compressor? Looking on the net today, there are a few Mk4 s around that you could buy from - beats dealer prices.
