air leaking from dump valve??

Hi, after reading everyones comments I finally went out and swapped my splitter for a 007pm feel like I've finally got my old car back as its responding a lot better but can hear what sounds like air escaping when I accelerate, have checked all the piping and seems to be fine.... Is this normal?

From what your saying this maybe the wrong suggestion but when I got my Cupra R a couple of weeks ago I popped the bonnet and noticed a noise like your describing. I took the engine cover off and there was a big gash in one of the vacuum hoses.

Probs not the case in yours but every little helps

As said check hoses, check the ones under the manifold too as these can split and cause a hissing noise.
