Airbag Light on (Faulty Module)

My 2012 Leon TDI has been parked up for some time now as it couldnt pass an MOT. The airbag light has been on it for quite a while and while trying to clear it, it would immediately come back on, knowing how to work on cars, I decided to change the whole module, as some reading devices have said its a faulty module.
Does anyone know where the location to the module is and if i get a new one with the same part number, is it plug and play or does it require coding. Its a Mk2 for reference.

Hello,
I have a Seat ibiza sdi ,year 2000, motor AQM and i have problem with airbag error that can not delete with VCDS. In "08 Measure blocks" display all "correct" but the error 0058 and N95 persist.
Have you any idea what is the problem ?

I'd start with the sensor bolted to the floor under the drivers seat. They can get moisure in the connector due to leaking door seals etc
Could also be the clock spring behind the steering wheel.
