Airbag problems

I have been having some problems with my airbag light coming on, even after being cleared with vagcom.

Scanned tonight and 8its coming up with

01218 Side Airbag Igniter. Passenger Side (N200)
32-10 - Resistance too High - Intermittent

I posted in the Leon section about a similar issue a few days ago with an ABS faukt code, now this airbag one has come up.

Help?

Check the wires under the seat and cable tie them together nice and tight so they cant move about or seperate.

ye passengers in rear could have moved with feet etc

locate the plugs and see if their loose

Yeah had a play tonight. Had the seat out. Plugs all in tact etc. But disconnected battery and airbag connector (which was fine) and left it for an hour ish.

Went back, tidied and cable tied all of the wires and connector so its all neat and tidy and more secure than before.

Scanned it again, same fault codes came up - airbag and ABS.

Cleared the faults but I am 99.9% certain that the light will come back on again, was a pairn in the arse clearing the last last time and this time.

On a similar note, when I was about to disconnect the battery, I noticed that the red side was quite loose. Could this have thrown the airbag light or would it be the battery light that came on???
