Aircon Rad leaking!!

right heard a small hissing sound early and its coming from my Air con rad its stopped now as the air has come out...

Ive looked and theres a very tiny hole in it...Can it be repaired or is it a new aircon rad?

If its broke then no it wont be able to be fixed. On a good note tho, ive got one sat around doing nothing lol
