that looks like the wrong valance. where is the exhaust cutout? like below.

have to cut it out yourself then you have a trim that goes around it to neaten it up, this has yet again been put on hold due to the fact i am missing a exhaust rubber and bracket off the car near the swing arm, and we need to take off the current bracket to cut it down and drill another hole in it due to the instructions being pants.

that is were i am missing a rubber and bracket from, or around that area, P.s this isn't my car i robbed the picture :)

Got Round To Fitting The Bracket Today, Also HID's And LED Sides And Should Get Round To Fitting The Aero This Weekend, Just Had To Fork Out £190 To SEAT for New Bushes As The Warranty Doesnt Cover Wear And Tear Apparently, They Did However Fork Out For The Snapped Anti Roll Bar.. So Funds Are Tight For Abit Now.

£190 for bushes!? i got Cupra rear wishbone bushes, & new ARB bushes for £30 (i think) from Sere Motors + about £20 to get them fitted!!

very pricey for bushes. bushes cost like £20 for cupra wishbone ones and anti roll bar ones are pennys too. think you have been ripped. fitting is 1-2 hours max imo.

Considering it was the dealer doing the bushes £190 sounds about right. I just hope they checked the tracking afterwards too.

It took me 4-5 hours to do both sides. I think most garages would charge £100-£150, SEAT obviously a bit more.

i got charged about £20/£30 to fit mainly because its the local garage that i always go too, wouldnt go to the main SEAT dealer unless it couldnt be done by anyone else, as even i know that they will charge a massive amount for small jobs.

should have got cupra ones mate, improve handling a little but last forever (well a long long time) because they are alot stronger and have a better casing etc & the new ARB bushes were just put on because i wanted to shove them on :)

but better that its all sorted now right??

Got mine done under warranty. You should have just refused to pay.

I said to them that my old red Ibiza had it's bushes changed under warranty around this time last year and they just said that unless I pay to get them done I am not getting the car back, the only option they gave me was to pay then contact the dealer I bought it from and tell ten that they had sold me a car with an over worn part and ask them to pay for the work that was done to it

Got some parts on the way :
- Team HEKO wind deflectors
- Bosch aero wipers
- Yellow SEAT handbrake cover
- Yellow stitching SEAT gaiter
- Yellow gear surround
- Silvatec indicator bulbs

Also decided to colour the cupra vent clips from the original red to crono yellow, which will hopefully happen this weekend, if not will be another job for summer leave,

Update on the Aero kit, finally decided going to get it fitted on my summer leave which starts next Friday, so expect it to be on in a couple of weeks
