Alloy Wheel offsets for Mk1 Cupra R

Hi all im looking into changing my alloys on the my cupra r for some bbs alloys

what are the offset and dimensions i need to look out for? are spacers needed

well thinking about it may not be bbs alloys due to price! but i see there lots of replica alloys much cheaper thinking bbs or RS4 alloys

You have to be careful with this, as the offset doesn't always tell the whole story. The shape of the inside of the wheel determines whether they will clear the Brembos or not. There are tons of threads on this, do a search and you'll see what I mean. Happy wheel hunting.

but as a base point. 5x100 pcd. 57.1mm bore. et38 offset. 7.5J width. They are the specs of oem LCR wheels.
