I wonder if a anyone have seen a thread for a hot start problem that has similar symptoms like my old friend. Here I have Seat Altea that recently developed a starting problem. On the morning it will start first time 199 out of 200, igniting faster than any Car I’ve ever had. Thou 5 min after that it became an issue starting it. I had to try 5-6 time before it start again. Later I found that it only starts when the glou plug light lit for a second. It starts every time when that happens. Now I’m turning the key few times until I see the glow plug light. On top of that, now when it does not start,and left on contact , the cooling fan fires up. I believe is a t’ sensor fault, but not sure. Read a lot, but did not found yet a thread that can help me.
