Altea Wiper Access Help ?

Hi ther prob a silly question but if i wanted to change my altea wiper blades how do i get access to them as they are tucked up behind the trims on the sides????

do a search - there is a way to park them down but I've forgotten how.

Turn ignition on, turn ignition off and press down once on the wiper switch. Wipers should move to bottom position and park.
