are you getting the turbo, manifold, injectors etc all fitted together? how much it costing if you don't mind me asking?

I fitted my injectors when i did the turbo before driving the 200 mile journey to get mapped. I was told this was safer. Smaller injectors might make it go lean which is not good.

Just a thought.

hmmm, heard a few things about this now, some say i shouldnt fit them and some say i should??

so should i get the injectors fitted with the kit then? would that be better?

iv sold my map so i thought it would have caused problems with the injectors in on a standard ecu? (what i got told anyway, or is that wrong?)

any help appreciated

I would say better either fit the 'rich' s3 injectors with an s3 maf before doing any miles (as even with low load the a/f will be well wrong

thought that might have been down to matt running stage 2 before jim mapped it, didnt think i would need them on standard map

il ask them to fit the injectors with everything else then it that case

Cheers for your help lads

I know this might may seem an odd question to ask but why are you getting someone else to fit the turbo etc? DIY man, cheap as chips.

I know yeah, originally me and my mate was going to do it at his garage for a few beers but unfortunatly his boss said no when it was all planned so i had to look elsewhere

i couldnt do it on my own, i know how to do it, just dont trust myself doing something like this, id rather it done once, done right, otherwise i would have done it myself, plus iv heard its a ballache doing this as its very tight where i need to get to

david, looking at ur pic i see that you run your charge pipe down by your washer water bottle! how? i cant seem to find the room!?
