I got polyflex ones from Awesome GTI (forum sponsors). These were about £30 from memory but are a bit of a PITA to do. Unless you have the tools get someone else to do it for you.

Hi
You will need to speak to Seat to find out which one you have as standard as there are different sizes
To be fair , I dont know what size they have as standard  sorry
But they should be able to confirm what size you have
Then I can point out which ones you need

Hi
It is the same as the Audi TT
The TT ones will fit
But they are listing , 17 , 19 and 20mm ones :( mmm strange
Did you measure it , or check with the dealers?

i thought that 23mm was the size for the R32 front bar.
If you need i have my standard LCR front bar down in the garage i can measure for you

23mm is for the R32 one with the same orientation and hanging opoint as the LCR, the LCR one is either 18 or 19mm (even though mine measured 20mm??) The LC has an ARB in a different orientation to the LCR/S3 one and different hanging points (drop links off of the wishbones/swing arms), the standard one is 21mm

Willie, i have the 25mm nuespeed rear arb and the front is standard 21mm i was thinking of going to the 23mm R32 is it worth it for 2mm, also i was looking on another thread with the R32 part numbers i take it i need two bushes and clips.

Phil 100% worth it.
as above different orientation = more effective with similar sized bar.
2 bushes, 2 clamps and 2 bolts. Make sure you ask for the MK4 R32 23mm.
As there is a 21mm one. The bushes, clamps and bolts are the same for both.
Watch out for the steering rack when fitting the ARB as its a VERY close fit
