owners get any aftermarket boost pipes, cus i've got mine clamped on with a exaust clamp at the mo. The car is no where as quick as it used 2 be, also making weird noise when accelerating[:@] I really miss the car how it used 2 be. seat havn't got a part in the country, can you believe this ****!! ahhhhh!!!

the fact that seat ont have the parts it really doesnt suprise me! backordered parts is what seat do best!

and when they do have the parts they dont put themon properly!!!!

forge might do a boostpipe kit for the pd130 but if they dont youl HAVE to buy the seat sport fmic and buy all the fitting kit to this will be a modded way to get over your problem ;)

As Rash said...

Worth giving Allards a call, but I think the 130 boot pipe is different to the Cupra one.

i would speak to forge and explain exactly what you want mate, chances are it will last longer too:) the strange noise i take it is a low grumbling vibrating type noise around 3k when under load

do a search for seat sport fmic it has loads on the pipe ect that turns the smic to a fmic foryour car thats if you want to uprate the intercooler

nah can't really

afford the fmic at the mo as i've just taken the plunge and got a mortgage:-o , so i guess i'm just lookin for a pipe thats not gonna come off. i've just been advised to drill a 3mm hole through the joint and fasten a self tapping grub screw through. Apparently works a treat

NO WAY! dont do that! that will stop it coming off but will not garantee tight seal! forge might do a silicone hose for it just ring them they are very friendly :)

Rash

thats exactly what i thought, i reckon i'll still get that vibrating and ****. Just been on the forge site and couldn't see nought, y don't they make a kit for the derv?

i don't

want the intercooler, those pipes are for the kit. i just want to replace the oem boost pipe tis all.

or give roose motorsport a call they will make something up for you at a good price
