Any Vag-com proficient bods in West London?

I drive an Ibiza and the whole of the LCD display has packed up, along with the fan/heating controls.
I'm afraid I have no idea where to start with such a thing, so if anyone could be kind enough to help me out for a beer or several it would be appreciated!

If the LCD as gone not sure how vag com will help, sounds like it needs replacing possibly?

possibly, but I want to make sure its not just one of the fuses or the wiring or something. as its not just the display thats blank, the buttons for the fan/AC/radio have stopped working as well. Unfortunately my knowlege of the electronics in cars is a bit beyond me - I can do the engine and mechanical parts but computers in cars? nope.

Do the doors light up for the windows?
Or the dash lights?

Yup, everything else works fine, even the rear heater and the hazards.

I'm not sure if they are lit with SMT leds or a bulb, sorry.
