Hi there,

Has anyone tracked their cupra?

Thinking of doing a couple of track days this year and just wondered did anyone have any problems.

Do the standard brakes cope alright?

I have koni fsd's, eibach front and neuspeed rear arb's, goodridge hoses, tyrolsport front caliper stiffening kit (still to be fitted), powerflex dogbone bush, ITG panel filter and forge tip.

Is there anything else people would recommend be done to the car before venturing on track.

Thanks,
Neil.

i'm sure you'll get plenty of replies to this neil. plenty of folk taking their leons on the track. also try the search button for track days and you'll get plenty.

as to the above mate look in track days aftermaths sections loads of stuff on there i have done 1 track day and it was awesome car is standard apart from drilled discs and ds2500 pads on the front the cars are more than capable of doing trackdays just make sure you warm up and warm down properly.
from what you have on your car it sounds fine, also if your new get an instructor they are wicked i had one after i done a few laps and thewy know more than you realise
