hello all. Im looking for some coilovers. i am looking for looks and handling. can anybody comment on the AP ones? Are there any other makes of coilovers that are pretty good? i have tried a search but couldnt find what i was after! thanks alot james
The AP's are good value for money and you'll certainly will be able to drop them to suit how you want the car to look. Mine are great on smooth roads, however over bumpy roads the rebound rate seems super harsh. Considering this cannot be adjusted I'm hoping it settles down. Over a really bumpy/dipped stretch of road anything over 60 has me lifting off the seat slightly 
. So I'm hoping these will soften over time. They also seem noisy to me when doing slow manoeuvers with radio off etc...but i've not had coilovers before.

I have Weitech GTs on mine. They make no unusual noise and give superb ride and handling, they don't cost the earth either.
