Are there fake Seat Sport gear knobs?

Wow! That is a cool, (cold?) gearnob, the "Shiney! Shiney!" box is well ticked.
Somewhere in China, a shed is about to pour out 100,000 "genuine SEAT" etc, etc, etc etc.
