I would say the second set (45mm), as I believe the lower you go, the more work you expect the dampers to do.... so they may wear prematurely.
I`d have thought 45mm would be a good enough drop too.

Most people will say a max 30mm drop on standard dampers will be OK. That's what I run and all is fine so far! Any drop from OEM height will wear the standard dampers more quickly than normal springs would. 45mm drop would look sweet though....

45mm springs will be fine mate. dont get the 35mm springs it doesnt sit low enough!!!! trust me

im about to order the 55mm drop on supersport springs.. If you want a nice drop dont go any higher!! I bought the 35mm apex springs,, was way to high! so took them back!

i did the 45mm springs and had a really nice stance to say i had no problems on standard shocks

thanks for the replys...... gonna go for the supersports :)

got the 50mm springs and dampers set from DPM...strongly recommend them...good stance and ok ride..plus you wont knacker the OE dampers...so less cost in long run..

Nice :) should be a noticable drop, I`ve found springs never seem to look as low as advertised, so you`re probably better off with the lower ones.
