Arrive at destination time on Sat Nav

I think I must be having a blonde moment but how do you keep the arrive at destination time showing on the sat nav screen?

On my sat nav screen it shows sometimes and not others and I have no idea why. It always shows on the dash readout but not on the sat nav screen.

I am sure it is something very obvious but I am yet to find what.

It's in the options menu from the nav screen

It is already selected in the advanced settings menu and does appear on some journeys but not others. Today I was going from home to Legoland and it refused you show the arrival time.... I kept cancelling and starting the sat nav and then all of a sudden it appeared.
