At what mileage wouldn't you buy an LCR?

If I were in the market for older cars I'd probably be looking less than 100k. It might be worth checkout out info on the VAG 1.8T motor and how long most have gone pop.

An car at about 100K will start to feel loose and need bushes and hoses changing.
I would buy a higher millage car with good history to save myself some cash to spend on mods over buying a car with lower miles and more expensive

i had an octavia vrs that had done 203k miles on original engine and turbo etc the car was totally mint in everyway and drove like it had only done 30k

If they are looked after and serviced then imo theres no problem

My LCR currently has 106k on it and still drives like new. If its looked after with FSH i wouldnt worry about the mileage
