Hey mate, it sounds as though you're getting bombarded with information that's not entirely going to suit your needs.
If I were you I'd look at the entire car then decide what you want to improve and what your budget is. Unless you're spending big money then I'd have thought a good setup to aim for would be:
FMIC
Turbo back Exhaust
Intake
Stg2 Map
uprated dog bone mount
uprated suspension
Anti Roll Bars
Uprated Brake setup
ATB diff
Don't forget some of the best improvements often don't get done...
quality tyres
quality plugs
regular oil changes
and of course quality fuel
Once you've done all of the above your at a point where you could bolt an uprated turbo on with the relevent injectors and software... that'll still cost a couple of grand.
Outright power isn't the be all end all, and be wary of chasing 'big' peak numbers... you're looking for a car that's 'drivible' throughout the rev range and maximum enjoyment from it!
