I'm getting roughly 28 mpg but with quite a lot of town driving. Car has a Jabba custom map and a few other mods. Its running about 235bhp and 240lbs/ft at the moment. On a good run it gives upwards of 37mpg.

These are brim to brim calculations, the trip computer is as dotty as a 2 bob watch and should never be used to quote MPG figures with any sort of accuracy.

I've never got less than 270-280 miles out of a full tank (not to dry) which is around 23/24 mpg.

Your cars probably fine, i usually reckon on about 300 miles out of a tank. Mine improved a bit after I'd had it a while, didn't feel the need to hoon it everywhere.

the trip computer is a bit barmy, but having read the book this morning it seems to take account of your last 50km and the manner in which you drove them to then make its calculations - i then did an 88mile round trip along a good mix of A roads and dual carriageway... treated the right pedal gently all the way
according to 'Hollie' i averaged 33.2 mpg... before i set off it reckoned i had enough fuel to do 155 miles, after my trip of 88 the thing decided i could still get out another 135:headhurt:
