Iv done the res delete by Zaustworx, Here is the before and after:
Before Res Delete
After Res Delete

I will be making another video soon, the sound is now even louder! (After 4k miles) DSG farts are like a Golf R's and pops and bangs is normal in Sports whether your auto or manually shifting with paddles :)

In terms of being on lease, I am on lease too. Tons of people have got the res delete done even the people who leased the same exact car from the same provider.
Did you do it yourself?

If i had the guts i would do a PPF/DPF delete (straight pipe) but it can cause engine light which requires coding etc I dont want to bother with all that on a lease car not worth the hassle..
I agree, mods that don’t involve coding are okay but you don’t want to get caught out by the lease company

Instead of welding the pipes whats the other options? Brackets? As I rang a garage and they told me they'll weld it back on

my res-delete was done on the drive at home the vagsport kit comes with everything you need to install it and reverse it when you hand the car back.
the only thing you need is the tools to do the job (exhaust cutter/angle grinder and a socket set)
Nothing needs welding

Yeah won't have the tools so might buy it and explain it to the garage how I want it done
