Am very tempted to buy this back box as mine has several holes in it and generally sounds sh*t! but I want one that sounds sporty, not too loud but loud enough if that makes sense, here it is http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-SEAT-IBI...14&_trkparms=72:1683|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318 Problem is you can never tell what its going to sound like until its on the car, and I don't want to fork the money out for it and then realise it sounds crap, what do you guys think??
 
balls to that nick, get your self down to Mr Tyre and get a full power flow system on and a de cat !!!

and get rid of those lights.

Just in the process of replacing my current Remus twin pipe back box with a straight pipe instead of centre silencer- for a mk3 cupra box with mk3 silencer. i do too many motor miles for constant burble although it has a nice sporty tone. have spent a lot of time and money gathering parts for a mk3 swap so i hope it worth it. So thats why i recommend you also go mk3 exhaust for daily hack.

I'm also running a mk3 system, does make quite a nice sound apart from my rattly heatshield.

It looks okay on the car, pretty butch tailpipes, doesn't need the rear bumper cutting like the 20vt one does. Sounds as butch as it looks! Not really really noisy but not a Rolls Royce purr either!
