That's right. He's been really helpful, I'm just waiting to see whether there's anything that we can do about the Cupra logo. Don't want to have to mod it

It appears that the part number is correct, and all of the SEAT labels say "CUPRA R" on them, so I suspect it was just packaged up incorrectly at the factory

i didnt get the cupra bit, didnt need it. dont worry he'll sort you out, i always get a prices for bits from him hes usually cheapest. sound bloke.

I know this is the front of a mk3 Ibiza Cupra (my old one) but it's just to show there is the same badge in the back I'm sure (not 100% as mine was re-badged with 20vT badges before I bought it instead)

Update - replacement badge came today, same as one in pics with flag attached.
I rang SEAT UK who say this IS correct for the LCR.
The 'CUPRA' black-on-chrome badge WITHOUT the flag was only fitted to the Mk3 Ibiza.
What do you want to do mate?

Gaz, if you look at GlanzaV's pic, which is a Mk3 Ibiza, it has the flag on it Dave's still working on getting the right one and keeping me up to date

without flag was only fitted to mk3 ibiza. cant they just send a "black-on-chrome badge WITHOUT the flag" regardless what car they think it belongs to or is that too difficult for them. hope you get this sorted mate

ant was speaking to tps and said 1ML853687A was the black no flag , which is what you quoted above for the cupra and the R had a different part

so who knows really

shame dealers didnt keep a few instock to show customers , or be able to return the unwanted one no penalty imposed (handling fees etc

Yeah, that's right, the part number is correct, but it turns out that the main Seat warehouse in Spain has them mixed up
