Hi, I'm from Barcelona, and I have a 2002 Seat iBiza MK4 1.9 TDI 130. On Dec'06 I was made a swap on my car. Mounting the BPX engine (Cupra 1.9 TDI 160). The car still having the 130 engine remap by Upsolute (185bhp / 440nm). And the gearbox is the FJW (original from 130).

Now, I'm working to buy a crashed iBiza Cupra 2006 20VT, to do a new swap on my iBiza hehe

I'll try to list the most important mods on the car... (because the real list is infinite).

- Complete engine w/turbo from Cupra TDI MK4 2004
- FMIC Seat Sport
- Oil Mobil 1 5w50
- Vacuum silicone tubes
- Boostvalve
- Dogbone poly bush Super Pro (fast road use)
- MOMO strut bar
- OMP lower bar
- Cupra 20 mm. Ø stabilizer bar
- Bilstein Sprint shock absorvers
- Front springs H&R
- Rear springs TA technix w/ height regulator
- Powerflex arm bushes
- AP Racing 4pot brake caliper (yellow)
- Galfer EVO R Series brake disc (drilled/slotted) 312x25
- Galfer Racing FDR1065 brake pads (front/rear)
- Galfer metallic brake lines
- Sparco DOT 5.1 brake fluid
- Braid Competition 80 mm. bolts /w conical nuts
- Compomotive MO5 1776 7,5x17 ET35 glossy black
- Pirelli Pzero Nero 205/40/17 84W
- OEM xenon lights
- Front/rear Cupra bumpers
- OEM Downpipe w/ decat and muffler exhaust
- Boost gauge Metrika
- Oil temp gauge
- Voltage gauge
- Shift light
- OEM MDF1 Navi
- and lot of more things... hehe

To finish... some pictures of the car :)

Excellent mate!

Did you see any difference with the lower OMP bar?

I was about to buy one, theyre very cheap anyways and i was told that due to our lower arm bridge being big by factory, the lower OMP bar will make no difference whatsoever.

So i would like to know from somebody whos already got one if it made any difference...

Thanks

Love the car! How did you come across the OEM headlights? Also, what are those lights, where are they from and how much are they?! They're stunning!

Where I've gotten the OEM xenon headlight ? Is the original equipment from Seat.

You doesn't feel any diference with the lower OMP bar. Is just a reinforcement for the lower arms. If do you want a improvement, do you have to install a thicker stabilizer bar (Cupra sizes 20 milimeters Ø)

Well done buddy.

My drilled brembos started cracking too so to avoid ending up like yours i upgraded my brakes and got new discs lol...no more drilled for me...

It seems you run out of brake pads therefore cracked the discs?

In the pic above i really like you towing eye. That red thing you got coming out from the bumper.

Can you give me some info where you bought yours from?
Did you have to do any modding to the towing eye or the bumper to get it to fit?

Thanks

This tow hook, is the OEM tow hook from iBiza Cupra MK4. But painted in red.

You have a Cupra. You will found your OEM tow hook with the car tools in your car trunk.

Do you have to remove the small cover. And screw the tow hook turning left (reverse clock hands).

The hole on cover is hand made :)

pd. sorry for my english xD
