Very happy with the service i got there the past week regarding a coolant issue on my MK2 Leon, under warranty.
Good communication, Very helpful, courtesy car sorted, car cleaned, valleted. Genuinely happy

I've only had occasion to go to their spares department, but they were very good as well. Very eager to help with information, sorted me out with my wheel troubles, very helpful lads.

Well im going to collect my car later and the ammount of times i have been messed around and lied to its unreal! I was promised collection on monday, then they pushed it back to today. When i ordered it they told me 7 days and i ordered it on the 13th March. I want a full tank of fuel which i asked for and he said half but ive had to trip down there twice to sign some paperworks because a) i didnt get asked the first time and b) they changed my reg which i picked so that was a waste of my time too! They are not the best staff there and they wonder why they are not hitting targets...

Mmm, perhaps they have kept all the decent staff on the spares department... the one in Pride Park is like that, the TPS place has the best staff, but the showroom is filled with obnoxious t**ts.

unlucky mate sounds like it depends who you deal with there. Ive heard people complain about them before, so i was reluctant to use them. But i was pleasantly supprised and the service i got was good a case of hit and miss maybe ?

Ive never had any of my seats taken in for work but the times ive been down....the customer service was great, so friendly! You can have a crack/joke with the sales team etc.....
