Best available TIP's

Hi i was just about to order myLCR a THS black TIP to find they havent got any and wont for few months. What are the best alternative other than say Forge or is Forge the next one i should go for even if price is more?

Hi mate, i bought the autobahn 88 one. it is great quality and does everything the others do but for half the price. give them a search the bay...you wont be disapointed.

Sfs, its amazing the difference its made to my s3 but the orginal Tip was very restrictive (apy engine)

Badger5 mentioned that SFS hoses are quite soft compared to other silicone hoses, in a previous thread, but I don't know this first hand. They seem like a reputable company but I have no experience.

Samco or Forge are other popular options and will cost you around £130. I know Forge offer a 10% discount.

Autobahn88 I know very little about and would be slightly apprehensive ordering from as I don't know enough about their quality etc.

Sorry about the last black THS TIP - it was me who ordered the last one!
(They do still have one in blue though...)

thanks for that info Lordgibbness and damn you at the same time!!! Im not going to go for the ebay items as they may be brilliant but i want something that is definitely tried and tested upto the job and wont end up collapsing. Il trust bills advice and think i will bite the bullet and go for the forge

I think that's what I'd do if I didn't get the THS one...

Autobahn are ok, had them with a previous FMIC and they were fine. Awesome do there own too and i've been inform it's the same hose Forge use at a reduced price, just the brand mark up causing an inflated cost

Btw, when I was researching TIPs best prices I found online (incl. vat and delivery) were:

THS: £76
Samco: £113
SFS: £114
Forge: £125
APR: £177

So don't pay more than that...

Autobahn88 - £41.21 and i can tell you it is as solid as the forge and the others. there all pretty much the same just different brands.

You're probably right but there's not enough information about them for my liking, and I prefer to buy from UK websites/suppliers/manufacturers if I can for support/ease of returns etc.
