I suppose you are asking with regard to LCR, I have a cat back from milltek (non resonated) and are money good spent !! if I remember correct, milltek told me 8 months ago they don't have down pipe for k04 turbo, do you know they have now?

well we get basically the 1.8t 180hp known as SEAT leon only on the other hand we have like 30 or 40 Cupras (225hp)

so another question... are all seat leons called Cupra and the special Cupra R?

In Saudi Arabia we get Leon 1.6, Leon 1.9 TDi, Leon FR (called Cupra in UK).

We don't get the Cupra R here

The 1.8T 180bhp version is known as a Leon Cupra in the UK.
The 1.8T 210/225bhp versions are known as a Leon Cupra R in the UK

As to the answer to your question, how long is a piece of string? Miltek and supersprint are both good exhausts, i dont think 1 is better than the other, its just personal taste at the end of the day!

yes but performance wise wich one is better, milltek is 2.5" and supersprint is 54mm and magnex has the biggest bore with 70mm

Impossible to say as a cat back exhaust is only going to give you 3-4bhp max.

Not going to notice the increase tbh.

You need the full system where it may release 10-15bhp!

I personally like the supersprint exhaust better but thats just because i think it looks better than the miltek. Many like the miltek.

I dont think you'll go far wrong with either to be honest. You do need a bit of back pressure however so opening it up to much may have the opposite effect.

on my milltek was a piece of metal with 73,5 mm so looks like milltek is the big one !!

supersprint has more noise than milltek - as I noticed by comparison with a LCR of a friend

Supersprint is pretty quiet when it is compared with other after market exhausts, i actually thought it was quieter than the miltek after seeing a lot of miltek exhaust systems on rolling road days!
