Best place for remapping

Hi, I'm located in the midlands. Where is good to go to get my mk1 leon cupra r remapped? Iv heard that the torque needs to be brought in right due to the rods being weak? So I want it done by someone who knows what they are doing.. Iv got the following mods: BAM engine
3" TIP, forge dv valve, green panel filter/smoothed air box, 2t ignition coils, straight through from turbo back.
What power would I expect to get?
Is it possible to have launch control added in?
Any help would be great! Thanks

People have there own preference, I'd say AMD tuning as I've never hear anyone on hear complaining about there tune up or anyone's car getting fecked, each to there own tho, if I were you I'd read up on the different mappers and see what you think. That's what I done and I drove from edinburgh to Essex to get the car done, I've not had one problem since
