Best stuff to clean the actual block?

Anyone got any recommended products for cleaning the block?

I got dried oil around the oil cap and then all the grime then over the block itself.

Any good products out there?

Also wanna clean the charge pipe up too.

gunk on a dry block, scrubbed with a brush to shift it and then rinsed with water.

wd40 should shift the oil on the rocker cover

autosol to polish

as above, just be careful when u rinse not to soak any of the electrics. They're dempremental enough without giving them a bath!

id go with either of those, iv used both and there both as good as each other

Use auto painting preparation wash. It's a wax and grease remover solvent. Just pour some into a spray bottle and make sure you wipe it away and not let it soak into anything. Very good stuff for the job

I use Autoglym engin and machine cleaner. Use on a cool engine, use a stiff brush then wash off with a hose.
