Big delays on Raval deliveries in UK

Ah so they still don't have that VW tracker then.

VW took the tracker down some years ago. I seem to remember the main reasons (in no particular order) for doing so were;

• it wasn’t particularly accurate.
• it was slow to update (there were instances discussed on forums when the tracker was at the build stage but the customer had actually taken delivery of their car!
• customers got frustrated with the lack of tracker updates and took their frustration out on VW Customer Services.

I doubt the tracker will ever be resurrected.

Presume this means the computer generated emails could also be problematic if from the same source ?, the source being the factory system. James is keeping quite.
