That is the leather type carbon vinyl, it's quite stretchy so it push's into shape quite well.

Below is the Di-noc carbon vinyl, this is more plasticky so you need to warm it up, I think thiese look better.

just thought id chip in, im ovni yellow with satin black and red, everything, trs tow strap, centre caps, badges, wheels you name it, thought bout roof but gonna leave it me tinks
 
sounds good. got any high quility high gloss black stick on vinyl lying around??

so when you take out the center grill with the s badge on it look into the back of it. uou will see the 2 spots where it was glued/hot welded. snip thers off with a knife or pliers/snips. there is a little tab on the s badge. pull it out from the back. be carefull not to brake the slats that go true the s. you should be left with this

cheers matey, I will go any inspect now. I have black vinyl yes, make so many stickers with the black vinyl. I might even wrap my Cupra R (as in the whole thing) in some crazy colour at the end of summer.
 
how much for 4 strips 100mm x 550mm (or even a roll i could cut them out of) posted to ireland?
 
Getting my front and rear badges carbon wrapped next week, along with the mirrors and spoiler. Just need to work out how to take everything apart first!
